What a royal stay. A really spectacular resort. Not cheap but well worth it if you want to treat yourselves. I would recommend tourists and travellers to stay in Krishnadevaraya suite, Their breakfast is just too amazing. Amazing variety of food. Good workout area and a beautiful, Gardens and pool. My husband did the free yoga which he very much enjoyed.

Large resort, full of greenery, Calm and peaceful environment, a group of nice and welcoming resort staffs. The resort stay was really nice. Such a huge property full of greenery and the amenities. The heritage village is something one of its kind. More than the property we liked the hospitality of the resort staff. Such a nice welcoming group of resort staffs, I was pleasantly surprised.

Mesmerizing Landscape of the location with mystical flowing manicured lawns, majestic trees and plants interwoven with water features made my day and all my travel tiredness dissipated, Then the welcome with traditional Rajastani hospitality with band and baja was mind blowing, the welcome drink was soothing and made one at home. To conclude my stay at Vijayshree resorts and heritage village was Mesmerizing, Mystical and Majestic, felt and got Royal treatment, must stay when in Hampi.

I had a fantastic experience staying in vijayshree resort. From the various luxuries given in the rooms to the large plush green space outdoors, it was a very soothing experience for me overall. I will highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a break from the busy city life. A perfect place for family and traveller's alike and the best part, it is very affordable compared to other resorts in Hampi.

Excellent food and accommodation, very cooperative staff. The resort is spread in 40+ acres with just 40 odd rooms, making it nice, quiet and peaceful place to go to. The rooms are gigantic just excellent. The high end rooms have personal Jaccuzzi which is a treat to have. The rooms are larger than average flats in cities, spacious and very well connected. The prices, though a little high, are still much lower than 4 star Vijayshree Resort, Hampis in metros. The staff take extra care to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Room service, choice of food offered, drop to your Vijayshree Resort, Hampi in cars and smiles on their face everything is pitch perfect. This was the second trip we had to the place, first one being in November. The Vijayshree Resort, Hampi has different buffets at different Vijayshree Resort, Hampis. The food offered at their Rajasthani theme restaurant was excellent when I stayed in November, but not that good in January. The Vijayshree Resort, Hampi takes care to customise your food. In my case, for my anniversary, they arranged customised candlelight dinner at a restaurant for just me and my wife. Their staff made 4-5 trips from restaurant to the kitchen (in a car) and ensured piping hot, excellent food for us, making the experience memorable. The Vijayshree Resort, Hampi has an excellent pool, pretty large in size, good indoor games multiple sets of carrom, table tennis, chess, foosball etc. making the place a family fun place to visit. FYI, they have a huge lawn, in many acres and large banquet halls for marriage and other functions. I believe the resort is popular for organising high end weddings as well. A treat to be in, a very nice, hospitable, high end resort. A must stay if you are looking for peace and tranquility.

Probably the Best Resort in Hampi: I just loved the green landscaped property with many birds and all the nicely done cottages. The images in online booking sites does not fully convey actual beauty of the place. I regretted fact that I did not book more days and when I inquired at the reception they could not match the price I had booked online for as rooms were full. There were few "in resort like" minor quirks. Breakfast was forgettable and I can find many shortcomings like shower unit not working on all settings, no toiletries, missing light fixtures and bed was definitely not memory foam ( mentioned on booking sites) as I could feel spring. May be because I booked through one of lowest fare I could find as I was not sure how resort will be and like Airlines lowest options are always least comfortable? But for me all these are minor compared to Joy I felt at this place. I spent money I saved ( and much more) by booking on Makemytrip on resort and Tipping those excellent Rajasthani artists during evening Cultural Gala. If you are visiting, don't be stingy and please Tip those poor performers properly as most guests don't even tip and few tip just Rs. 10 -20. Go make some one happy and that will bring happiness back to you. The Rajasthani Dinner was just amazing and Mr Singh and his team was too good in pampering guests though they did not come through any formal hospitality training. I was actually very keen to book at Orange County but found their direct booking price of 28K way too expensive. I spoke to the manager over phone and she didn't even want to discuss my offer of Rs 21K/ night and I thank them for such a "exclusivity" bordering snobbery as if they had accepted my offer, I would have wasted money and missed out all the fun my family had at the Vijayshree resort.

Its a great place to have a relaxed stay and see the heritage ruins of Hampi at your leisure. Its a Rajasthani heritage themed resort with lots of greenery around. You could spend one full evening discovering their Rajasthani themed activities at the heritage village in the resort - Rajasthani songs, dance, Magic show, Puppet show, Rope show, Camel ride, Horse ride and Bullock cart ride. You could also choose to laze around in their many gardens in campus. Or have some ayurvedic treatment/message at the in house Spa. Food is awesome but they serve only vegetarian. When you are ready you could contact their Travel desk to arrange for a guided tour of the places to visit in and around Hampi. To top it all they have a courteous and helpful team of staff who take good care of you. Overall, you could have a good rejuvenating vacation at this resort.

Enjoyable and relaxing place in lap Greens: A cozy clusters of Cottages in a lovely natural settings, with friendly helpful staff, Large beautiful and maintained landscape around, Close to fabulous site of ancient ruins and lively temples of Hampi. Everything is done to make the guests welcome. Resort is well maintained and a lot of greenery around, its a huge property and you can play around, walk around or swim. They have a well maintained swimming pool. They have activities in the evening like Rajasthani folk dance, camel ride, puppet show, magic show which can keep you engaged late evening as most of the sight seeing in Hampi gets over by evening. All major attractions are quite near from the resort. The food is OK, not many options, But they have a typical Rajasthani style dinner and set up which can be tried.

Excellent service - Close to Hampi: The place is very green. The cottages are lovely. We stayed in the Royal Haveli, which was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room had a double bed, tea-coffee making facilities, a shower and a bath-tub with jacuzzi, a TV and a sofa set. Good amenities overall. There was a power outage in our cottage, and we were moved t another one quite quickly. The resort has a swimming pool which is quite friendly. There are some indoor games, and a spa. There's a multi-cuisine restaurant which is adequate. The Rajasthani meal in the evening was excellent. The resort is only 15 mins from Hampi, which makes it very convenient. Overall, a memorable stay with very impressive service levels.
